Terms of use and booking

Booking appointments

• Online bookings are confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• Please arrive ten minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to rebook you.
• You can reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please call us.
• We may occasionally need to move an appointment, for example if a dentist is ill. We'll contact you as early as possible and offer another time.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website are typical ranges for guidance. Your dentist will confirm the cost of your treatment in writing after examining you, and no treatment will start without your agreement. Payment is due at the clinic after each visit unless an instalment plan has been agreed.

Photos and reviews

Before-and-after photos are published only with written patient consent. Some photos on this website are illustrative and do not show our patients.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend accounts used to make false bookings or to abuse the booking system.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas or US consumer law.
